Why images is flashing in Mozilla Firefox 8?

As the title of this particular thread is saying what I wanted to ask you over here. Well recently I have installed Firefox 8.0 on the computer of mine. the images which are loaded in the background by the Javascipt document.images[].src="(my url)" seems to flashing randomly. Let me know if you are having any speculation on this particular matter. I am waiting for the prompt replies of yours. Thanks a lot in advance.

I wanted to clarify following details so that I can get the idea why you are suffering from the above mentioned issue.
Which operating system do you running?
Can you provide the sample page?
Also provide any other information to find out the root cause of the problem.

In order to fix the problem of yours I recommend following steps which you can try to fix the matter of yours.

• You should launch the browser if you have already closed.
• Now click on Tools and go for Options.
• Options menu you should click on Advanced and click on Use hardware acceleration when available checkbox to uncheck.

If you are having the <img> tag without dimensions than you will be able to fix the issue by replacing the same and it will make the temporary changes to the layout of page. Hence it is quite common to include the width and height attributes or same kind of properties into the <img> tag.

After going through the issue of yours I am suggesting that you should reinstall the browser. Also you can downgrade the browser if there was no issue with the previous version of the browser. If you are not able to make the thing working than there could be an issue with the browser itself. So you should contact the developer and file a bug report to them. They will work on the same and release the patch which will help you to fix the matter. another thing which I wanted to tell you that you can use any of the following browser till it is fixed by the developer.
