Password recovery from Google Chrome history

Hi, recently i forgot the password of my Google account and unfortunately i also have forgot the backup email password security question & answers. It is on ymail.com
Is there any method through which i can recover my password of any email?
Please keep in mind that i do not have any backup of both accounts.
Can i recover passwords through Google chrome history?
I have read this post

After reading this i am hoping to recover my passwords.
Is there any trick or tip?
Please help me. These accounts are really important for me.

It is possible by using a tool called ChromePass. If you have saved the password anytime while using gmail in chrome then you can use this tool to get the password. This is a small utility which is free for download. Another software which works similar to this is
