deleted google account, cannot access android market

I deleted my old google account yesterday and opened a new one with new details. I added this new account to my phone. Now, I cannot open the android market on my phone, because it is telling me the old account is still on there. It is now obviously impossible to open the old account on my phone. I have added my finacial details to the new account on google. Do I need to factory reset to get rid of the old account from my phone? Or is there an easier way?

yes,you need to soft reset you phone (Factory reset) and this can solve the problem for you. If that does not help then post it again and we will try to solve this in some other way.
