DVD movies to SD card to play in Nextbook6

Hi....Ok so I just bought this Nextbook6 for a trip I am taking with my son. I basically wanted something that I could load movies on for him to watch, maybe throw on some music and be able to check my e-mails/facebook while we're away. However, I am a complete dunce when it comes to anything techy....Can anyone tell me how I would go about loading DVD that I already own onto an SD card to play in the tablet...as well as how to download music...I have an iPod...can I use the music from my library on iTunes?

Well, it seems that the Nextbook 6 comes with android 2.1 operating system and you can connect it to a pc via a mini USB cable to add or remove media or music into it. If i am not wrong then it comes with an internal storage of 4GB, but you can also expand that with the Micro SD/MMC card slot and copy the files in the same as well.

Thanks for your help...so I can just transfer a dvd to the sd card through my pc? Do I have to change a format or something?

Yes you can simply transfer all the dvd movies into your Nextbook6 and play it without any issues. Even if some of the file format doesnt work then download some movie apps for your Nextbook 6 and install it, this way all movie formats will be able to play on your Nextbook 6. You can install either Video Player or MoboPlayer apps on your android to play and watch videos properly.
