How to remove Java Quick Starter Add-ons on Mozilla Firefox

Hello I have just updated the Firefox on my windows XP operating system and everything on the system was working fine without any issue but I have small issue on my firefox, last night I have updated the Java Runtime and after updating I have got add-ons called Java Quick Starter automatically without permission. Now I have tried to remove but I am not able to remove these Java Quick Starter add-ons and I don’t know how to disable it, can anyone suggest any solution for the same.

Ok I will suggest you to follow the below steps and after that you can solve this issue.

1. Click on Start Menu >> Goto Control Panel.
2. Click on Java Application. Now on the JAVA windows go to the advance tab and under that expand the + in front of Miscellaneous and after that make uncheck mark on the Java Quick Starter box to remove the add-on.

You can also disable the Java Quick Starter add-ons by starting firefox in safe mode. To do this open Firefox and click on Help Section on Firefox menu and under that select the restart with add-ons disabled.

I had been through the same issue and I have followed the below steps to remove the Java Quick Starter. To do this open firefox and click on the tools go to option and after that click on the add-ons. Now on the add-ons make click on Java Quick Starter and select to disable or uninstall. Once you done and restart he firefox.

If above all solution not working I would like to suggest you to reset the firefox and make sure you’re getting the issue. By reset the option you will lose the all add-ons on your firefox.
