Firefox add-ons disabled after beta update

I have supported the Firefox's development by making use of the beta versions and giving the bug report of this to them but these days it looks that just weeks following to a major release, the beta version meant for the next foremost release comes out. My problem is that all the times when I update to the beta version then many of the add-ons gets disabled which is very irritating. There is the auto-update dialogue which shows that I will have to update as of Ff5 toward Ff6 beta for some security reason. Are the "security reasons" all that critical? Can somebody tell me the way to disable the auto-update intended for beta releases? Thank you so much in advance.

If you want then you will be able to configure Firefox for the update according to your need and turn that off. To do that, just go through the steps given below:
    1. First of all, you will have to click on the top of the Firefox window button and from there choose the preferences.
    2. From the new opened window, select advanced section.
    3. Now click the update tab and you will get the Automatic Updates options.
    4. Select the one according to your need.

If you want to disable that for any reason then you can simply go to the menu option and from there you can deselect which you do not require in the automatic update.

Firefox asks daily editor of the Web server looking for updates for the browser, but also for the extensions and themes you use. However, these searches can slow down the startup of Firefox. You can disable them.
    1. In Firefox, click the Tools menu and click Options.
    2. Click the Advanced icon.
    3. Then open the Update tab.
    4. Then uncheck the three boxes Firefox extensions and themes installed and Bots.
    5. Confirm with Ok. Firefox will then start faster.
    6. Feel free to check occasionally, once a week, for example, the presence of updates by the drop-down menu and clicking on Search for updates.

Other than this if you want to disable some add-ons updates:
    1. Select the Extensions tab in Manager.
    2. Select the add you want to disable automatic updating.
    3. Click the link that says "more."
    4. This will give you the full ins tab
    5. Look for a section labeled Automatic Updates. The option you select here is the default.
    6. Change it to "Off".
