    YouTube awful rendering in Chrome 13 compared to IE 8

    Whenever the Chrome load the video at least half part and we wants to go back to the see some part of the videos for some reason, then after the seek bar returns to that previous place where we have move for back, again start loading, why such thing happens. It seems Chromes desires to load the video as if it was the first time every time. So I don’t understand what the Rendering actually is? So if anyone knows About the Rendering process, please provide information regarding this topic.
