Getting HTTP Status Code 403 while downloading content

This is the first time I am getting this problem. It says that A Server Error has occurred and also shows me the HTTP Status Code: 403. I am getting this error if I try to download the 2nd COD Black Ops Content. There is no problem if I try to download any of the other things. Can somebody tell me that what is the proble3m with this and how it can be avoided?

If you are getting the 403 error then there is lone best thing that you can do and that is to go to the Download List that you can get on Account Management> Transaction Management. You will have to click on the content that you wish to redownload. Do this and I am quite sure that this will work for you.
