I never used the third party Ad Blockers for my opera. I am just using the built in Content Blocker that is there in the opera browser and that will be the best to use. Other than that you can make use of the custom UserCSSs for definite websites. Otherwise you can select the option in the settings that says Block Unwanted pop-ups and save the changes. This will not allow any popup to come while browsing the internet. This is the best thing that I can recommend you.

There are many of such Extensions that can be used with the Opera browser. I am listing some of them below and you can go for whichever you want to use.
    • Opera AdBlock
    • NoAds
    • Content Block Helper
    • AdSweep

There are many others and also some which target a precise website like Facebook and YouTube. Success of the software depends on the way it block the ads and if that is able to monitor Opera.

Content blocker is inhabitant feature which excludes content, selected by user, as of web-pages opened within the browser. Filtering is founded on URLs through wildcard hold up and permits as precise otherwise as imprecise matches as you require. Content to wedge can be selected right from the browser window, otherwise set up yourself within settings. I hope that this is going to help you to solve the problem.
