    Unable to access internet banking on my computer

    I have panjab national bank account. I started facility of net banking. For some time everything was ok but suddenly I couldn’t access my account from net. I contacted panjab national bank authority but they are saying that it could be temporary server problem and they are solving this problem but I m facing this problem last 15 days and I didn’t get any solution for it. As I am dependent on net for my all bank transactions this is very serious problem I am facing. Please provide solution.

    I would like to suggest you to contact banks online technical support department and discuss the issue with them. First Check out that whether you are facing this issue with any other website if not then this is probably the problem with your bank website. They may reset your password , account or fix the problem at their website. I pretty sure that the problem will be best resolved by bank itself.

    The problem could probably be with browser settings. Try to use different browser like Mozilla, chrome. Also reset your browser settings. Resetting browser settings will delete add-ons and you can start fresh browser to use. Also it could be possibility that bank website may under repair and you must wait for some time or should contact bank regarding issue. Bank might be upgrading its system for better facility to customer.

    If you forgot your password click on forgot password link on homepage you will be prompted to enter and submit your access id your password will be emailed to you on id established during first time user session and if the forgot password is not an issue then call online banking specialist for assistance. According to me bank only can resolve your problem. Hope this works for you.

    Yes that was a problem that I also facing and I got rid of It by clearing the cache"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies" This is best worked solution for till now and it will also work for you and if not contact banks technical assitanc.
