Actually we are told to write an assignment explaining about an interfaces that is applied to applications of CRM. So frankly speaking I am not having any idea about an interfaces for CRM. So thought that you members will provide some help. Since, you all provide detailed explanation about the query, I though to post here instead of searching on Google.
