Not able to download transactions from Bank of America to Quicken

I am not able to download transactions from Bank of America to the Quicken, while doing this I find a message "Internet Explorer is not able to download StatementDownloadCOntrol from bank of America site. Internet explorer was not capable to open this internet site. The request site is either unaccessible or not able to be located. Please attempt again later". I attempted downloading through Firefox as well as it worked with no issue, so it sounds like it is an IE issue, not with BOA.
