Windows Live Mail: "Unable to send or receive messages for the Windows Live Hotmail account" Error ID: 0x80048849

When I attempt to send or receive new messages in Windows Live Mail, I am getting the following error message starts that “ Unable to send or receive messages for the Windows Live Hotmail account.
Server Error: 0x80048849
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048849
Does anybody be familiar with how to fix this problem? I am at present making use of Windows Live Mail BETA.Thanks in advance for any suggestion to resolve this issue.

At what time I was having this trouble, I altered the settings on Internet Explorer and it resolved my trouble.
Just attempt this:Go to Tools-> Internet Options-> Connections-> LAN Settings and uncheck the Automatically Detect Settings and click on OK. Now got to Advanced-> Restore Advanced Settings and click OK.

I was also receiving the similar error when I updated and installed to the most recent BetaTried the following:
1. First disabled Firewall – still same error
2. Disabled Anti Virus- still same error
3. Deleted the account settings / Added after restarting the computer- still same error
Not anything worked. I after that clicked "Sign out of Windows Live Mail" to sign-out as well as clicked send and receive and it work!

Ok follow the below instructions to get rid of this issue. In Internet Explorer, click on Tools and now click the Connections tab, and after that click LAN Settings make the automatically detect settings check box. Close all Internet Explorer windows and launch a new session.After the try to send a email and let em know whether this resolve the trouble or not.
