    Error: Cannot find web page

Hi all, I am using a computer that is running the Windows Vista 64 bit on it. I have also installed windows mail in it but my problem is that, if I get any email having any link on that and if I click on that link then it opens a new page that is having the message 'cannot find this web page '. This happens to every link. I tried to refresh that page but that is also giving the same result. Can you guess that what can be causing this problem?

I think that I have the solution for you. You just have to click on the link below and this will redirect you to the page which has a panel on right named fix it. Click on the button Run now and follow the simple on screen instruction that it provides and this may fix the problem for you.

According to me, you need to reset the modem or the router. To do this, you just have to follow the steps below.
    1. First of all disconnect the cable which connects the computer and the modem.
    2. Turn the modem and the router off.
    3. After that you need to reboot your computer.
    4. Turn the modem and the router on after restarting. Again connect the cable to computer and the modem or to router.
    5. Check that the cables are connected properly.
    6. Now again try to click on the links.

If you are using the IE8 then you can follow the steps below to solve the problem.
    1. Start the Internet Explorer.
    2. Click the Delete Browsing history from tools menu.
    3. Check the checkbox for Temporary Internet Files
    4. Check the checkbox for History
    5. Check the checkbox for Form data
    6. Check the checkbox for Cookies
    7. After that from the bottom of the page, click on Delete button.
    8. Close the explorer and start that again and see whether that helps you or not.
