Windows server 2003 unable to download attachments from outlook 2000.

Hi I am working in bank sector. There I have using an operating system of windows 2003 server. I am not the admin, but I have the rights to do so.
We are working with a window server and exchange, to log in with the clients at our office. We use citrix to go to our windows application server. Until some days ago outlook and opening the attachments did work fine, but suddenly outlook doesn't open the attachments in just one profile any more. It's still working on behave of my friends. On the inter net I found something about temp file is missing and corrupted files that are too big or adjusting the register on the internet. So I am unable to access outlook 2000 and also can’t open any of important documents.

You are using in your computer windows 2003 but you are cant access outlook 2000 express so its means your computer may be possible not secure to the viruses. If you have anti virus software than you have to do first thing scan your whole computer and emails. If you don’t have anti virus software I give suggest to you purchase the Norton 360 internet security. It has more secure to your outlook and other internet works.

When user a required to the protects of malware, viruses and other internal software’s error, he wants to be help some technical person, you are lucky for trying to solve your problem here. I have to give some best suggestion for your outlook 2000 not open any kind of attachment. You have to do first delete your Outlook account and re-create it. And after that go to following link
Go to add/remove programs and uninstall Outlook or Office. If you are remember right you should get a Repair option as well as an uninstall option.
Go to add/remove programs and uninstall Outlook or Office. Reinstall then recreate your email account in Outlook.
Temporarily turn off your anti virus program to see if it's stripping your emails.
Delete your user profile in Windows and create a new one. Set up Outlook again.
Carefully check your options in Outlook. It could be something there. I doubt this is the cause but check to see if Outlook is set to receive email in plain text format only. If so enable HTML or Rich Text format.
