I have installed one software called as an InSSider which scans for wireless networks in your area and then displays that which channel they are using, Actually you would be suggested to use a proper channel so that you can get the maximum speed from your system. Anyway, I feel that this software can increase the speed of my wireless network. What you guys do to increase the speed of your wireless network.
