Forget my password and Security Question of Gmail

I am a regular user of gmail account with gmail account as XXX@gmail.com, but now i have forget my user name and password.i have tried many combination and also tried with security question but not got to my email account.If any one has any solution please reply.I will be thankful for your suggestion.

If you forget your password and security question for your gmail account then the simple solution for that is go to "forget password" section in the login page and then they will ask about an alternate email address where they can send the link for recovery of the password.Then go to the alternate email account and then click on the link and your password will be recovered in few steps.

The password and the security question can recovered by following simple steps provided by the gmail. First go to the recovery page of gmail which is available when you click on the "forget password" section. Then provide your user name, if gmail accept your user name then it will send a email containing the password to your alternate email address which you have registered at the time of email account creation.
