These issue can be solved by making some changes in the Control panel setting on your System.I am giving that setting as below follow it step by step :
a)first go the Control Panel then
    b)Just click on administrative Tools
    c)then click on services.
d)Finally scroll down and look for DNS Client.
e)Right Click on DNS client and then select "stop".Now you will be able to access Microsoft.com.

This happens a lot due to the attack of viruses on your system. The most common attack is of Trojan virus! In such cases it does not allow you to go to any of the anti viruses either. To remove the Trojan from your System use some of the recommended Trojan remover software:
    1.AVG antivirus
    2.Avast
3.Antivir personal. Try these it will work.

Many times it is due to the virus on your system. If these is the case then use the recommended anti viruses such as AVG,Avast,Norton, AntiVir personal and others. But if it is due to the setting problem then Check the DNS Server settings and configure it as below:
    1.Network Connections then
2.right click and go the properties
    3.Hi-lite TCP/IP
then properties make sure that Ip and DNS are Auto selected. check it out.

As all have mentioned above that the Microsoft.com is not accessible. To solve it clear your cache and cookies from the internet options setting in the browser. These will help to access the website and also check that the website is not blocked. There also may be a problem of Trojan virus attack so if it doesn’t work than use the recommended Trojan removers such as AVG, Avast, Nortan. Try it will work for sure.

Some times there is Trojan virus attack on your System which denies us to open the Microsoft.com as it infects svchost.exe file. this file is very important for running the Microsoft.com, as Trojan creates error in these so to repair it just install Trojan remover such as AVG, Avast, Nortan. Then scan it and reboot or for any other help about these go to the support.microsoft.com
