Netflix issue with Google Chrome

I use a desktop machine and use Google Chrome as its web Browser. The problem is that I have no idea what could have been the issue. I am not able to watch instant videos on Netflix. Please do help me out so that I can make the desired thing to be worked well or process that is necessary. So do process and work well that is essential. It will be better for you.
