I need help in opening a new account in hotmail. I have a old email id which I had not use for a long time. So I think that might be close. First I need help to re-open the close account first. But if that not work then how to get a new one. I am not so good in computers. So just use outlook to get my mails directly on the PC. I have a Gmail account but I cannot rely on that.
