    New Google Search Page

Google has introduced a brand new interface for its search engine or search page, the latter is the result of a test period of over six months. Besides a new logo, colors more vivid, more filtering options have been implemented. Indeed, Google has made an update that says "the richness of the web grows continually, like the power of research." This announcement is the first memory that seems to present the news not as a stage but as a sort of outcome that would end an era epic than a decade during which everything that we know the web was invented, largely thanks or Google.

Nothing revolutionary, however, if this new page of results is not yet come to you (it does not take too long), do not expect to be glued to your screen, the big night made in Google will never happen. But changes were still significant enough to say some things on the web and taking into account Google's evolution and maturity of the Internet.

Just have a look of the New Search Page:

A new column to the left of the screen containing the search tools as well as different types of content in line with the research. Only shown are the tools that best suit the needs of the user. The tools give you more control to select and view only the desired results with such an opportunity to see the results limited by date, to switch rapidly between types of content most relevant topics explored (news, videos, books, etc ...) or annotate the results of a star for convenient retrieval at your next search.

Whatever the type of search (images, videos, real-time information, updates ...) the new column to the left of the screen is compatible with all types of content, comprising the Google tools are most effective one location.

Specifically, for us users, a menu takes place on the left of the screen. This band allows quick access to research tools used most. Google would also like to introduce three of its latest technology, Universal Search, Search Options panel and Google Squared.

From the above image, just one click on the News (left panel) will show you the news results related to the query, same is with the Discussion click. Just one click and get all the discussed posts or threads related to Nokia N8. This can limit the search by content types (images, videos, maps, news, books or blogs and updates community). The sidebar loads three technologies developed over the past three years are: Universal Search (to mix different types of media), and Google Search Options Squared, originally announced to organize search results in tabular form and not as a list. Overall, the system is designed to help users refine search results by adapting to their search needs.

    Re: New Google Search Page

In recent months, the user can optionally display a column on the left of the page. It simply including filters to sort the results by date. Today this column becomes permanent and is enriched with new filters. Most visible are those on the types of content offered. We can navigate between the full results and those dedicated to images, videos or blogs without changing the presentation.

Sorting by date is also possible to search for content or otherwise very recent past. The annotation of a result with a star is also possible to keep within future results on a single search.
