Need RSS Search Engine Script Recommendation

I have a web page where I want to create a RSS search engine. It is like a feeds search box where you can pull out various feeds related to topics. For which what do you recommend me. The other think I need help in is converting RSS to HTML. What are the other various tools which offers me to generate and work with RSS feeds and thus making the same more flexible.

For the much better solution for you is to look for such solution where you web page gets updated automatically by various feeds which are out now. You will need a developer for the same.
