Using synctoy for Synchronize folder in windows 7

I need some tips on using synctoy for Synchronizing folder in windows 7. I am not aware of this tool but this will very helpful for me to sync my files and folders with older version or other computers on the network. I am not aware of the same. Does this tool is needed to be downloaded from other site or it is presented in windows.
