    How to protect from the Internet Explorer Security Hole?

    Hi there, As i have heard about the Internet Explorer Security hole recently and know about the effect of it. As i am the user of the Internet explorer so this will be the main issue that whether i can get affected by the same. So that is why i am looking for How to protect from the Internet Explorer Security Hole . To protect myself from the same. Waiting for reply.

    Here i am giving you some important note follow to be safe with the Security hole which are the workaround but does not solve the actual problem. Don't run the unnecessary add on that is remove the add on which are not need to run and unimportant for the use of the same. To remove the add on go to the all add on and then click on the same and remove them.

    The first step is to take is that make sure that the Protected mode is enable in the Internet Explorer. If you are the Windows vista and Windows 7 then the protected mode must be on as the internet explorer with these operating system are used as the sandbox. To make the enable the protected mode Go to the internet option from the tools menu and then click on the Security tab and then click on the Enable Protected mode. Thats it!!!!

    Always use the Security level to the high which will give you the high security. TO make the security level high just raise the bar of the Security from the Internet tab. Also be sure that the site you are visiting don't have the ActiveX control as the main reason behind the Security hole is ActiveX control. So make the list of the site in the Trusted site tab so that the site you visit will be trusted. Thanks

    If you want to safe keep your self from the security hole then follow the all the steps that is given above that will definitely for the safe searching.     Use the Microsoft Fix it to resolve this problem. To fix this problem automatically, click the Fix this problem link under the "Enable Network Protocol Lockdown" heading. Then, click Run in the File Download dialog box and follow the steps in the wizard. To undo the fix and restore the original settings, click the Fix this problem link under the "Disable Network Protocol Lockdown" heading. Then, click Run in the File Download dialog box and follow the steps in the wizard.
