This may be due to your ISP has problems or your computer is infected by virus. The ISP side problem can be solved only by your ISP. The virus related problems can be solved with a little expertise and understanding. There is a file known as "hosts" file. This file has no extension. This is the file which is responsible for redirecting you to the appropriate IP by the domains you type. Some misconfiguration and your internet connection may be cut off. Have a look at this file. The file is located at : "C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" Your default host file should look like this :
Code:
# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
127.0.0.1 localhost
I will also suggest you to buy a genuine Antivirus software as free version helps untill a certain limits only. As its is said : "There's nothing such as free lunch..."
All the best!
