Arrow keys not scrolling in Internet Explorer 8

I am using an I-Ball keyboard. I have just downloaded the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer browser - Internet Explorer 8 (IE8). It was all working fine till last evening, from then I am not at all able to use the arrow keys of my keyboard in the Internet Explorer 8. Although I am able to use my arrow keys in the Mozilla Firefox browser. What could be the reason ?

Try the following procedure to fix your scroll problem in internet browser.
Go to the Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel. Inthe Control Panel Select the Internet Options. Clcik on the last tab- Advanced. In here you would have nto make a check for Allow Smooth Scroll. This helped me to fix my problem of scrolling in Internet Explorer with arrow keys.

Since you are not able to scroll using your arrow keys in Internet Explorer 8, there are chances that your computer is infected by a trojan or virus. This illegal program might have got downloaded on your computer while you were downloading Internet Explorer 8. Download this AVG anti-virus and scan your computer for any suspicious program that might be causing this issue.

A reason might be that the [I]Internet Explorer 8[/I] was not properly downloaded or installed due to which it is behaving in such a manner and not allowing you to use your arrow keys when browsing the web. You can un-install the Internet Explorer 8 completely and then again download it and re-install it. Might be this will sort the scrolling problem for you.
