Transferring files to Internet

My computer would provide its customers with an application to transfer large files (over 3GB) between the position of our clients and server. Obviously the file must not become corrupt and if it crashes (disconnection or other) transfer should resume from the crash. The connection must be made by SSH2 encryption and SHA1

As I do not know much, I should be using socket algo's with encryption and data integrity, workflow management, etc. but before I start I liked your opinion. How to transfer files to Internet?

Use WinSCP! WinSCP is an open source SFTP client and FTP client for Windows. Its main function is the secure file transfer between a local and a remote computer. Beyond this, WinSCP offers basic file manager functionality. It uses Secure Shell (SSH) and supports, in addition to Secure FTP, also legacy SCP protocol.

I would recommend PuTTY over WinSCP. PuTTY is also an SSH and telnet client developed for the Windows platform. PuTTY is open source software that is available with source code.
