There is no way to import bookmarks in Firefox, so just copy the files. You will have to move to the Mozilla folder in "Documents and Settings" in the Windows folder instead of the Mozilla folder that is located in the "Programs" folder. The one in the Programs folder is simply the template Favorites with Mozilla. On the Mac, simply go to the Firefox folder and replace the "bookmarks.html" is out of the Windows machine and import to the Mac sure to restart Firefox.
To transfer Firefox bookmarks from Windows PC Mac, you need to go to Organize Favorites by pressing Ctrl + Shift + B, then click on import and backup on the menu bar, choose Export as HTML then get an HTML file in your chosen folder. Then, simply import the HTML file for Firefox on Mac
You can use a synchronization program popular for transferring firefox bookmarks from windows to mac pc. I use Foxmarks and it works very well. Whenever I add / delete bookmark (s) in PC / Mac of these changes will appear on other Macs / PCs.
