But KIS 2010 tells me, that is impossible to activate all components of protection apparently there is a problem with the firewall; and it asked me to update the database: i have to tried to do it , but the problem still persists My question: Should I uninstall it myself , please tell me how to solve these problem

    Thank you for your answers

Note that services of Windows Defender and CounterSpy are disabled. it is possible that they are incompatible with KIS 2010 ,check by removing Windows Live OneCare safety scanner. To maintain the protection of your computer up to date, it is advisable to update Kaspersky Internet Secu rity directly after installation.

Check the system date of your computer.

    To do this:
    1. Right click on the digital clock on the bottom right of your screen.
    2. Click on Adjust Date / Time
    3. Click on''Change the date and time ...''
    4. Change the date or time of your computer and click OK
    5. Click Apply and OK

    2. Check that no firewall is blocking access to the Internet for Kaspersky Anti-Virus

The process of the Anti-Virus is named "avp.exe" and is located (by default) in the directory "C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 / 2009/7/6. If you use Kaspersky Internet Security 2010/2009/7/6, you can uninstall any other firewall software.

NB: Regarding the firewall in Windows, we invite you to simply turn it off.

    3. Repeat the operation
It is possible that the activation server is overloaded.

    Save your license information
If you purchased or renewed a 2010 version, you should check that you have in your possession your 23 characters activation code .

    This is in either:
    • On the sheet attached to the manual activation and CD-ROM for purchase of product in store (box version)
    • In the email confirming your order online (download version)

    2. Download your product
download the latest version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. Select Save when downloading. Make sure the version is compatible with Microsoft Windows XP (SP2 or higher) and Vista

Remove the kaspersky Using this guide -http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2010/install?qid=208280246

At the end of the process, you will be prompted to restart your computer after reboot

    5. Install your product
Once your computer restarts, install Kaspersky with the installation file previously downloaded and activate it using your activation code.
