Optimize Dialup Settings

I have a HP Laptop & have done a dailup connection to it.. I am accessing Windows XP on it... Is there anyone know how to optimize the performance of dailup connection... Please Help????

Empty browser cache, It happens that when these files are collect in a large amount then it takes more space of hardisk & then it makes computer slow...!

How to clear cache:
Download the below file & just run it.. It will clear all the browser cache file in your computer....!

Key open in the registry:
Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Tcpip \ Parameters add a new DWORD value, call it "EnablePMTUDiscovery" and set its value to 1.
