Tthere are two main ways to create a photo gallery on website. The first is the simple software for the photo gallery, and the second should be to use one of many available photo gallery website templates.

Now if you wanna create the photo gallery with software than IrfanView is an image editor that allows you to create a photo gallery for free. Here is how to do so:-
    • First of all make sure you have IrfanView on your system or just download it from here.

    • Gather all your photos and save it in folder of your computer.

    • Now launch IrfanView and tab T key on the keyboard. This will open the thumbnail window.

    • Now in the opened thumbnail window, Click on Options than click set Thumbnail Options and Under Thumbnail Quality select the Use Resample box.

    • Under the size of the Thumb Nail, choose the desired size for the thumb nail images that Irfanview produce and click OK.

    • Once you are done with these, navigate to the folder containing your photos from the left pane and wait for IrfanView to generate the thumbnails.

    • Arrange the size of the thumb nail screen to indicate how your Web page suitable thumb nails like.Go to Options and Select all.

    • Now go to Files and Save selected thumbs as HTML file. Now navigate to the desired folder in the newly open browser window and click OK.

Thats it.. After you 've created your gallery, you have a Web host provider, and (save) the HTML files and upload pictures so that your gallery on the Web can be viewable.
