When Sending Letter in an Email sentences are not lined up

I am using Outlook 2000 and I am having problems with the alignment of the text. I am using the numering - to write a number, soon a point, then card and, next, writing a paragraph and, next, making number 2 and so on. In the screen it is seen well, but as soon as i to print the text seems to go by all the place and a little like the electronic mail is not seen. I know that this always has been the case of the perspective..... Is There anyone facing the same problem can someone can get me rid out of here...????

Create Outlook e-mail templates for sales letters

To convert prospects into sales, you need to communicate with customers — and potential customers — every day. Typically, you'll type or paste the same text or form letter into a lot of e-mail messages. Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 offers you an easy, quick, and accurate way to create and send these letters.

Setting up an e-mail template : In Outlook, you can create templates that contain text you send over and over again to different recipients. You can compose and save a message as a template, and then use that template whenever you need it. Just add any new or personalized text before you send the message.

    Thank-you letters

Every time you meet with a potential customer, you send a follow-up e-mail message thanking them for their time and giving them additional information about your company. Because you send this message to every customer, it's a good candidate for an Outlook template.

    1. In Outlook, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.

    2. Clear the check box next to Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages.

    3. Click Apply, and then click OK.

    Create a mail template

    1. In Outlook, on the File menu, point to New, and then click Mail Message.

    2. When the new message opens, give it an appropriate subject and compose your content. Leave space for personalized information that you'll add when you send the message to a particular recipient.

    3. On the File menu, click Save As.

    4. In the Save as type list, select Outlook Template, and then click Save

    5. Close the message that you used to create your template. If you are prompted to save the message, click No.

Now that you've created your e-mail template, you can restore Word as your message editor:
    1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
    2. Select the check box next to Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages.
    3. Click Apply, and then click OK.

Now Send a message using your template
    1. From the Inbox, click the Tools menu, click Forms, and then click Choose Form.
    2. Click the Look in box, and select User Templates in the File System from the drop-down list.
    3. Select your template, and then click Open.
    4. Personalize the message if you want to, add the recipient's e-mail address to the To line, and click Send.

Re: When Sending Letter in an Email sentences are not lined up

It can make Outlook to use Word like editor of electronic mail. This would allow the use of the format options that are available in Word in which the electronic mail. A word of caution in spite of Word to use the editor of electronic mail of Outlook sometimes can cause to behave bad. Itself from time to time this necessity, can be changed the adjustments temporarily while its task is completed.

In order to change the configuration in Outlook… it clicks in - Tools - Options - Format of mail. There it would have to see the option use Word to publish the electronic mail. Only there was another thought on this subject. If it is writing up its email in "Plain Text" , it is possible that it wishes to try "Rich Text". Of enriched text of format that it has better than in text format. This option also is available in the Outlook of format mail adjustments. Gives an opportunity and to see if its problem of impression is solved.
