Access Denied (policy_denied)

Hi,
I am having this problem since morning when i try to surf from my laptop ! i get a error saying Access Denied (policy_denied) Your system policy has denied access to the requested URL and more what is this ? is there some problem with my service or some internal problems ! how to turboshoot this problem !

This might work

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Policies\Ratings. now you need to delete the key under the ratings folder.

Now you should try to connect .Or it Could be a IP/MAC error with the access

Access Denied (policy_denied) is a rear common problem with many windows XP machine on WiFi connections as yours laptop . You should check with your service provider and also check with the Proxy Setting under the Connection tab . see if this help .

Try running a scan with your anti-virus and some anti-spyware. Try turning your firewall back on . i think there is some problem of some virus or some thing .
