I ended my subscription with xplornet in September 2008 and since then my computer crashed in May 2009 and I need to retrieve some important documents and pictures from that account. How do I this?

When I didn't accessed my Yahoo account for nearly around 6 months and it got expired, I tried hard to access the account by changing paasword and other things, but nothing helped...Actually I wanted to save some of my important mails but can't find any way to get those mails. Finally I had to create a new Yahoo account.
If you have a paid account, I think you might retrieve your old mails by contacting them directly, I think...., otherwise it's not possible.
