trouble logging into hotmail

I am using Hotmail from years & has never given me any problem. But now it is giving me an error. Whenever i try to logging into Hotmail account it gives me an error saying "The page cannot be displayed" even though my internet is working fine & giving user & password correctly....????

Sometimes hotmail maintenance expenditure and they don 't explain. Just wait until tomorrow and try to register again. This is me a few pairs of times in the past years. There has always been "fixed" itself in a few hours.

These an uncommon error, I have never even heard about this kind of an error. So i am not sure about my solution just giving an try. Just follow the following steps :

1. Just change the security level & privacy level to default.
   
   
2. Then delete all the temp files & then just close Internet Explorer.
   
   
3. Now open IE & then try logging into msn.com & see weather it works??
