Go to the settings menu in the Control Panel - > click on add remove program

There you can remove the tool bar which you want to remove. Click on "Change/Remove." to remove that tool bar.

To add or remove a toolbar in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:
    • On the View menu, click Toolbars.
    • To add a toolbar, click to select the appropriate check box in the Toolbar area, and then click OK. To remove a toolbar, click to clear the appropriate check box in the Toolbar area, and then click OK.
