Can't print from Internet Explorer

I can print any word document or text on my computer. I have installed Internet explorer 7 on my system (OS - windows xp). When i hit print on the toolbar in IE it says printer can not print. Is there any problem in browser?Any suggestions on how to fix this?

To use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature from Control Panel, follow these steps:

• Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).
• If you use Windows XP, click Start, and then click Run. Type the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:
• inetcpl.cpl
• If you use Windows Vista, click Start. Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER:
• inetcpl.cpl
• The Internet Options dialog box appears.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
• When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
• Start Internet Explorer again.

If you can't print from Internet explorer then try to print the document by using another browser like Firefox, Opera and also check your default printer settings and make sure that your printer is selected as the default printer instead.

This issue can occur if the Iepeers.dll file is corrupted or is the incorrect version. Go to Start > Run then type in sfc /scannow. SFc will scan, replace file and exit exit with no closing dialogue.
