Microsoft.browser-security-center.com is a fake website dedicated to sell program called Anti-Virus-1. It will modify your C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file, when you try to visit any web site it will redirect you to site malware developer's control. Anti-Virus-1 infects computers secretly and it demands users to pay for keeping the tool.

To remove Anti-Virus-1 spyware you must block Anti-Virus-1 sites, stop and remove processes, unregister DLL files, search and delete all other Anti-Virus-1 files and registry utility. It claims to be able to clean your PC from all sorts of malware, spyware and virus infections, but the facts are otherwise.
