ERROR written on the screen saver

MY VISTA IS COMPLETLY *@*
i turned it on today and it went to the start up repair thing
and i tried to repair and nothing worked and it kept restarting
then we tried restoring it with one of the discs and now whenever you look at the screen it just has ERROR written on the screen saver and nothing happens...cant turn it of or anything?
WTF DO I DO???? HELP

Obtain the latest service pack for Windows Vista to resolve this problem.
Also, a supported hotfix is available from Microsoft.......try that

It seems to be a virus case , so to solve this case , Update your antivirus and scan your computer for the virus or trojan horse .
it will solve your issue.
