Share internet with 2 network cards

    Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my private network at home. are two fixed computers connected together via ethernet cable. are related to each other without problems, share files and can play via LAN. I created this network to try to share the Internet connection that does not lead to the second pc alone as being too far away. when I link to the "pc server" the wifi network card the server pc navigate without problems but the client pc shows a blue screen serious error and restarts. sometimes get to surf for a while but just unplug one of two network cards, the client pc shows the blue Sherm ... the PC client using windows xp pro updated with all available updates, while "pc server" using windows xp pro with sp2. the cards work perfectly and the drivers are installed correctly. If you know to become a leader?

you should really use a switch/hub/router to do this for you, where you plug both pcs into the switch and the broadband jobby into the switch...

the way your doing it may work but you will need to...

    set static ips...

if for example yuor broadband ip is 192.168.0.1

    then pc1 would be 192.168.0.2
    and pc2 would be 192.168.0.3

on the pc with two network cards, go into network connections, right click one of them and select bridge connections.

You will need to designate a Windows XP computer as the host. This computer must have two network adapters, one for your internal network and one for the Internet connection. Before attempting to enable ICS, verify that the host computer has a working connection to the Internet through the network card connected to the cable modem or DSL line, or on the network connection associated with the modem. The easiest way to enable ICS is to use the Network Setup Wizard, by following these steps:

    1. Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to Communications, and then click Network Setup Wizard.
    2. Click Next until you see the Select a connection method screen.
    3. Click This computer connects directly to the Internet, and complete the wizard to install ICS.
