Need CuteFTP Alternative Freeware

My ISP tells me that I can load and manage my site using Cute FTP But this software is not Free and Although it is light and Having a download size of 4-6 mb But Still I prefer an alternative to it as i dont want pay up for it please Suggest me Some Good Alternative Size Will not be Constraint if Software is freeware and Having Load of Features Thank you In Advance
