You can manually turn on PRINT BACKGROUND COLORS AND IMAGES.
Follow these steps to turn on Print Background Colors and Images.
On the Internet Explorer menu bar:
- Select Tools.
- Click Internet Options.
In the Internet Options dialog box:
- Select the Advanced tab.
On the Advanced tab, under Settings:
Printing:
- Turn the Print background colors and images setting on by selecting or clearing its check box.
To save your settings and close the dialog box:
- Click OK.
For Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x on Windows NT/2000/XP:
- Click Tools and Internet Options. The Internet Options window appears.
- Click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to Printing and click to select Print background colors and images.
- Click OK.
For Netscape 7 on Windows NT/2000:
- Click File and Page Setup. The Page Setup window appears.
- Click the Format & Options tab and click to select Print Background (colors & images).
- Click OK.
For Netscape 7 on Macintosh OS9:
- Click File and Page Setup. The Page Setup window appears.
- Click the Format & Options tab and click to select Print Background (colors & images).
- Click OK.
To print background colors and images, you may need to adjust your browser preferences. Unfortunately, there is no simple technique for setting this preference across all combinations of browsers, platforms, and print drivers.

From the 'View' menu on your browser, select 'Internet Options'. Click on the 'Advanced' tab, then scroll to the heading titled 'printing'. Click on the box that reads 'Print background colors and images'.
Netscape -
Netscape on the PC should print backgrounds by default; on the Macintosh, this may be set in the 'page Setup.' dialog box. Consult your browser or print driver documentation if you cannot determine how to print background colors.
