    AVG blocking IE downloads

    Hi,

To remove all viruses with Hitman PRO 3,I had opted for AVG Antivirus 8.0 (Pro "paid" version) After this on my laptop and reboot worked this AVG software ideal. Only every time I create a file / file / photo / ... IE would download the file or download it but after that the download was 100%, he was generous route and (I suspect) removed. I installed AVG 8.5 free. This gave me the same problem again I no longer download files.

I also throughout the AVG configuration searched and WebShield, link scanner temporarily disabled and restarted my browser. But still the same problem.

    Thanks!

I think it has to do with Hitman Pro 3, we have also been offered the package in the store because they would use NOD32 Avg Kapersky etc. We have tried 1 and we were not satisfied. We got better results with anti-malware bytes. Since you have not bought AVG (since yesterday there is a new pro version is released and you do not delete immediately after purchase) I advise you to still use another virus scanner to take (NOD32 or Avira are preferred).

Hitman Pro installs itself anti-virus software. If your next Hitman including another anti-virus scanner you would not love that these two every conflict. So try simply removing Hitman and again. (Of course, Firefox install, which I believe is always better than IE

Did you just download the free AVG version? Or did you download the full AVG suite? The latter includes a firewall. Did you uninstall AVG and all its components? Do you have another firewall that may be blocking internet connection?
