Unable to install Google SketchUp

Hello, I cannot understand what wrong on my PC even after having IE8, have tried the remote loading of the program with FF 3.0.6… impossible to install Google SketchUp on my PC whereas I do not have any problem on my portable.
With each launching of the installation even error message:
“Error (- 5009: 0x8002802b) Please ensure itself to have finished any other installation and to have closed the other applications” and in details to that gives:

I have any installation in progress nor no open application. .can any one know solution for this ?

File setup badly transferred/rotted, tries to take it at another place

to re-elect the InstallShield file in Common Files of Program Files in (it would be also possible straightforwardly to remove it but try to preferred the 1st solution)

this problem refers to 'access denied,' so InstallShield is not getting the permission to access some file, folder or registry entry that it's apparently attempting to modify.

Even if you delete or rename the InstallShield folder, there are entries in the registry that could limit permissions.

to check your admin privileges on the system.
