Cannot sign in to email

Hi friends,
I cannot sign in into any email account or any secure sites. Previously i was able to access my email account for hours. Can anyone help me to fix it?

Check If you are typing your username and password in properly. In the case of a wrong password click on the "forgot password" link if your email service provider. If you cant recover your password You've probably been hacked.

Go to your control panel, internet options and clear all temp files and offline content and delete all cookies. Another thing you can do is go to control panel, internet options and security tab and you see trusted sites and restricted sites. Click the "trusted" to highlight it, then click the word "sites". In there you will be able to add the website and then try to access your email account.

It can be caused by an None Optimized TCP/IP stack. Optimizing the TCP/IP Stack here. It sounds like you have got some spyware, or adware somewhere. Get the best Adware or Spyware remover from the net. And run it on your system. Also update your antivirus and scan your computer.
