Skype - webcam not working

Hello to all and to all,

I downloaded and installed skype. No problem to connect to see and hear, only my correspondent can not display my webcam it is connected, work has the right drivers but remains on a black screen ... how to solve this problem?

Get DirectX from Microsoft DirectX website . Install it and you will see the webcam listed in Skype.

Is it works with another program?
