but just to make sure it is not any sort of malware, download and install MalwareBytes, update it, run it, and let it quarantine anything it finds.

    1. Right click Spybot in the System Tray (looks like a calendar with a padlock symbol ) and choose Exit Spybot S&D Resident
    2. Run Spybot S&D
    3. Go to the Mode menu, and make sure Advanced Mode is selected.
    4. On the left hand side, choose Tools > Resident
uncheck Resident TeaTimer and OK any promptand Restart your computer.

Note: If TeaTimer gives you a warning afterwards that some changes were made, allow this instead of blocking it.

Your operating system is infected but I need to see comprehensive logs to be able to help you. Before you provide them, you need to know that I have made a personal decision not to help anyone who has peer to peer software installed on their computers (and this includes Bit Torrent software) so if you want my help, please uninstall any such programs now and reboot.

Download Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) from here and save it to your desktop.

Doubleclick on RSIT.exe to run it. Your computer will be scanned and once the scan has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both (log.txt will be maximized and info.txt will be minimized) in this topic. You can also find the logs in the C:\rsit folder. The logs will be reasonably large so you may have to divide them into sections and make several posts to post them.

Please do not run any programs other than those that I suggest or install any new software while I am helping you.
