How to recover its Password forgotten in Windows Live Messenger

Hello,

Following a big problem with a virus, I lost my Messenger password. I followed their procedure and I tried to create an address of help. I have to plant some share because maintaining my address of help appears as addresses principal and my old address as thus addresses help I cannot receive their instructions since I lost the password.

Thank you to help me PLEASE, I am with problems of mobility and I lost all my contacts, with my small children and my friends.

No it's all in messenger that i'm talking about. I'll type in my email address and password in messenger and click 'remember my password' and it'll sign in. However when I then turn my computer off and then on again the email address and password won't be there; I have to type them in again. So basically messenger isn't remembering my email and password..
