Cancelation Procedure of Email-id

I was wondering about this.

I am using an old ISP (supanet) which keeps on sending letter regarding payment of an administrative charge and they also say it that they will not close and cancel my email address or account.
I am no longer using that account as I am using currently my GMail account, but there are still few mails I recieve at that account from those people.

Is there any way for me to discontinue or cancel using the supanet address without going on the supanet web servers?

please provide some suggestion regarding this.............

If you have the Email-id in Hotmail, then follow these steps:

• Go to Hotmail.com and log into your account.
  
• Look for the "Help" link, which is in the top right of the screen.
  
• Type "Close account" into the search box at the top of the Help window.
  
• Choose the "Close your account" link.
  
• Follow the instructions on the screen to close your Hotmail account and there are separate processes depending on whether you have a free or a paid subscription.
  
• You may have to speak to MSN/Hotmail customer support to complete the process of closing your account.

Cancellation Procedure of Yahoo Email id

1. Go to Mail.Yahoo.com and log into your account.
   
2. Look for the "Help" link, which is in the top right of the screen under the search box.
   
3. Choose the "Account Configuration" link under the "Using My Yahoo! Mail
   
4. Account" section of the main Help page.
   
5. At the bottom of the page, you'll see a section called "Closing My Account".
   
6. Choose the "How do I close my account?" link.
   
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to close your Yahoo account.

Procedure fore deleting MSN account;

Dial for the canceling desk of MSN at 1-800-386-5550.
