Server Busy Error

i have some problem with quickbooks 2000 when i am using it.i get this message Server Busy-This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy.It happens at different times, and not all the time. When it occurs program get stuck i have to click the retry button 15 to 20 times, before the program will continue.
I also occasionally get this message, in a warning box, when Quick Books starts up:
Your new add-in product is trying to install a menu item as its own descendant into QuickBooks. Please notify the add-in vendor of this problem in their product.
can some one please hepl me to find out what is wrong ?thank you.

its may be due to old files got corrupt due to some problem so upgrade to a newer version of quickbooks. also can your computer with upgraded antivirus.

sometime such thing happen due to another application which requesting for access so due to conflict error.use hackthis to generate log file which will show you complete process which are running on your computer.

this errror in your PC may be by corrupted ASPI.i think you should uninstalled Nero and reinstalled it again and then try to run i hope it will work fine.
